Biography

Tapae Paea Apanui was born 10 Jan 1918 in Opotiki to Te Waihapua Arangi Apanui and Tiria Rewita. ^[1]

At 19 she married Tori Tori Biddle, a farmer aged 22 from Opape, on 13 Mar 1937 at the Presbyterian Mission House, King Street in Opotiki, NZ by J.G. Laughton in the presence of Thomas Henry Roseveare, Mary Teepu and Agnes Morgan. ^[2]

Tapae passed away on 16 Dec 1997. ^[1]
