Biography
Flossie was born 1 August 1898 in Colleton County, South Carolina.[1] She was the daughter of Joel B. Appleby and Daisy Willard Haines.
She died on 30 October 1901 in Jonesville, Colleton County, and she is buried there in the Jonesville Cemetery.[2]
