Margaret was born in 1915. She was the daughter of Homer Appleyard and Addie Burroughs. She passed away in 2010.
Obituary: September 30, 2010 Chattanooga Times Free Press Margaret Evelyn Appleyard Dobbs, of Chattanooga, TN formerly of Fort Payne, AL, died Sunday evening, September 26, 2010. Mrs. Dobbs was a member of Red Bank United Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and Jim Jenkins, Chattanooga, TN; brother, Homer "Buddy" Appleyard, Arkansas; grandchildren, Angela LaCour, Diana Creek and Lee Coats; 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday from Red Bank United Methodist Church with Dr. Jeff Lambert officiating. Interment will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Saturday at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends Friday from 5 until 7 p.m. at Red Bank United Methodist Church.
