Biography

Albert was born in 1853 in Franklin County, Indiana the son of William and Sarah (Hatfield) Apsley.^[1] 1910 the family lived in Darlington, Harvey, Kansas.^[2] By 1920 the family lived in Beaver County, Oklahoma just south of Liberal, Kansas.^[3] Albert passed away at his home 14 Mar 1925 and was interred at the Liberal Cemetery, Liberal, Seward, Kansas.^[4][5]

He married first Eunice Jane Cunningham whose date of death is uncertain.

He married second Mary Bell Monroe on 10 Nov 1891 at Harvey County, Kansas.^[6]
