Biography
Eleanor (otherwise Ellen, Elenor and "Nelly") Ann (otherwise Anne) was born in 1802. She was the daughter of Samuel Arbuthnot and Mary Arbuthnot.
She married William Mussen (born Dromore, the son of William Mussen Sr and Sarah Arbuthnot)) on 25 March 1822 at Dromore Church of Ireland Cathedral.
They had the following children:
- Sarah Ann (b. 19 Jun 1823 in Balleny)
- Rebecca (b. 1825)
- Mary Jane (b. 20 Jun 1826 (married Henry Robert)
- Matilda (b. 22 Jun 1828)
- Robert (b. 10 Oct 1829 (married Margaret Doyle)
- William John (b. 31 Dec 1831 (married Bridget Grant)
- Margaret Eleanor (b. 12 Aug 1834)
- Charlotte (b. 17 Feb 1836)
- Elizabeth (b. 9 Jul 1837)
- Joseph (b. 11 Aug 1843)
She died some time after 1843.
