Alice Archdale was born in 1581. She was the daughter of Martin Archdale and Barbara Sexton. She was also known as Alice Avondale
She married Sir Benjamin Ayloffe, 2nd Bt., son of Sir William Ayloffe, 1st Bt. and Catherine Sterne, circa 1611.
She died circa November 1612, without male issue, but with one daughter. She was buried on 28 November 1612 at Hornchurch, Essex, England.
