Thomas Archer could easily be the son of Thomas Archer of Lawrence Co, TN (or possibly one of Thomas's brothers). The elder Thomas had three brothers; William, George and Daniel, which are the names of younger Thomas' children. The brothers entered Lincoln Co, TN around 1811 from GA with their father, George. Tom and George moved on to Lawrence Co, TN and George eventually moved to Fulton Co, AR. The elder Tom was a preacher in Lawrence Co, TN. Let me know if you'd like more info.
