Biography

Arthur was born in 1853. He is the son of Wallace Archibald and Anna Richardson.

After his wife's death, he moved his sons to Halifax where he worked as a school teacher. By 1891 he had married again to Maude Fowler, 10 years his junior.

They had three more children and moved to Alberta in 1900, where he was a farmer.
