Edith was born at Mount Uniake, NS, on 30, April 1870, the daughter of James William Archibald and Jemima Ryans Archibald[1][2]
It appears that Edith died young. Here is a possible record [3] The family genealogy referenced below indicates she wasn't with her parents when they moved to Portland Maine later that year, and after James died, Jemima married James Smith. It indicates the family bible does not show any children for Jemima.
