Biography
Rosaria was born in Montevago [1] around 1836 [2], daughter of Calogero Ardizzone and Maria Bevelacqua [3]. She and her family moved to Santa Margherita where she married at age 18 to Leonardo Maggio [4]. She and Leonardo had multiple children.
Rosaria was widowed some time before May 1868, for in that month she married Gaspare Calandra, a 30-year-old farmer marrying for the first time [5]. It is not yet known if she and Gaspare had children.
