CENSUS INFORMATION: In the 1901 UK Census, he is listed as Frederick T Argall, living in North Petherton Parish, Somerset, aged 5, born in Lifton, Devon and living in Fore Street with his parents and three siblings. (RG13/2281, Folio 112, Page 10).
In the 1911 UK Census, he is listed as Frederick Argall, a servant aged 16 and born in Lifton, Devon. He is working on Hunkinghay Farm, North Petherton, Somerset for Thomas Wilkins. (RG14/Schedule 74).
The 1939 Register was taken on 29 September 1939, and no UK census was taken in 1941, so it provides the most complete survey of the population of England and Wales between 1921 and 1951. In the register he is listed as Frederick T Argall, a Dairy Farmer, born on 29 September 1895, and living with his wife, a son and a daughter at Melcombe Farm , Bridgwater R.D., Somerset, England. (Schedule 113, Schedule Sub-number 1).

GENERAL NOTES: BIRTH: Birth is recorded in GRO Indexes for the Tavistock Registration District under reference 5b 334 in December quarter of 1895. He is listed as Frederick Thomas Argall.

MARRIAGE: Married by licence at the Independent Chapel (Congregationalists), North Petherton according to the rites and ceremonies of the Independents. Witnesses were F J Vickery and R Marks. Occupation at time of marriage he was a General Labourer. At time of marriage, he was living at Newton Road, North Petherton.
The marriage is recorded in the GRO indexes for the Bridgewater Registration District, in the September quarter of 1923 under reference 5c 679.

DEATH: Abode at time of death was Melcombe Farm, North Petherton, Somerset. Death is recorded in the GRO indexes for the Bridgewater Registration District under reference 7c 104 for June quarter of 1951.

PROBATE: Administration granted on 21 December 1951 at the Principal Probate Registry to Annie Elizabeth Argall, his widow, and Kenneth Reuben Argall (son). Effects valued at £3073 2 11d.
