Biography

There is a James H. Arick who married a Sarah M. Gregg in Morgan County, Ohio on 22 Aug 1858; however, the names of their parents are not listed, so it's not possible to determine from this record if this is the same James Arick.^[1]

It appears that at the time of the 1860 US Census, the James and Sarah references in the above marriage record were living in Manchester Township, Morgan County, Ohio and had a 1-year-old daughter named Mary M. Again, it is not possible to determine if this is the same James Arick.^[2]

Sarah filed for pension for James' service in the American Civil War. He passed away in 1863.^[3]
