Biography

Christopher Armstrong is a member of Clan Armstrong.

Christopher Armstrong was born in 1526 in Barngleish, Dumfriesshire, Scotland.^[1][2][3] His parents were John Armstrong and Elizabeth Graham.

Called 'John's Christie & John's Pope' of Barngleish, later 'Elder of Langholm'.

Christopher led a raid into Annandale in 1543.

He married Gorthe Graham in 1545.^[4][5][6] Together they had at least 3 children, including:

1. William Armstrong
2. John Armstrong
3. Robert Armstrong

He died on September 22, 1606 in Barngleish, Dumfriesshire, Scotland.^[7][8][9] Christopher was actually murdered ^[10] by a John Musgrave.
