Biography
Isaac Armstrong was born in 1839 in Ohio. His parents were George Armstrong and Sarah Murphy.
He married Hannah Harvey on September 01, 1864. Together they had the following children:
After her death in 1892, he married Margaret McCuskey.
He died in 1916.
