Norma first married Raymond K. Millner in December 22, 1917, in Columbus, Ohio.[5] Raymond is a soldier.[5] She was a 19 year old bookkeeper living alone in January, 1920.[6] She would later say she was 18 at her first marriage.[7] They had a son named Robert Millner born about 1920.[7]
After Raymond died, Norma married Thomas Wade Young on September 2,, 1924 in Franklin County.[8] Her marriage license stated she was formerly known as Mrs. Raymond Milner, a widow.[8] They had a son, Wade D. Young about 1925.[7]
In 1930, Wade, Sr. is a restaurant manager and Norma is a candy maker.[7] By 1940, Norma is listed as the divorced proprietor of a rest home in 1940 in Knox County, Ohio.[9] Her son Wade is living with her.[9]
On June 18, 1946, Norma married a third time to Rollin H. Tabor in Louisville, Kentucky. [10] He is a landscape gardener and she is still managing a rest home in Knox County, Ohio.[11]
Norma died on October 16, 1993 at the Whispering Hills Convalescent Center in Mount Vernon, Ohio.[3] She was to be cremated at the Mount Vernon Crematory.[3] Her son, Wade Young, was the informant for the death certificate, giving an address in Ooltewah, Tennessee.[3]

Raymond Milner was the son of Joseph Milner and Alice Kuntz. He was born in Zanesville, Ohio. It was his first marriage.[5]
Wade Thomas Young was the son of Robert Young and Ida __ Hollinger. He had been married twice previously.[8]
Rollin H. Tabor was the son of Charles R. Tabor and Bertha Sweet. He was previously divorced.[10]
