Biography

Loretta A. Armstrong was born in 1853 at Burlington, Kings, Nova Scotia. She passed away in 1935, aged 82, at Rockland, Knox, Maine, United States. Loretta does not appear in the family home at the time of the 1881 census as she married Edwin Morris in 1875. According to Merle Armstrong's research, Loretta and husband and family moved to Rockland, Maine in about 1900 where they lived the remainder of their lives. Loretta and Edwin are buried in the Achorn cemetery in Rockland.
