Biography
When Sidney Clarence Armstrong[1] was born on April 20, 1902, in Shelby, Alabama, his father, Thomas, was 26 and his mother, Georgia, was 26. He married Perna E Smith on April 2, 1922, in St Clair, Alabama.[2] He died on March 13, 1976, in Birmingham, Alabama,[3] at the age of 73, and was buried there.[4]
