Trumbull Carl Armstrong was born in May 1877 in Iowa to Jerome B. Armstrong and Louisa H. Armstrong.[1] He was a seed man selling corn like his father[1] before he married Bertha Loraine Hollenbaek in 1902 in Taylor County, Iowa.[2] He died in May, 1923 and is buried in Jefferson County, Iowa.[3]
