Biography

Robert was born in 1855 in Scaleby, Cumberland, England, to William Armstrong and Jane Ewart.^[1]

He arrived in South Australia in 1883,^[2] and married Mary Williams in 1885 at her family home at Gawler South.^[3]

Robert died in 1930 at Torrensville, South Australia.^[4]
