Elias Benjamin Armstrong was born in 1841 in Kempt, Hants, Nova Scotia. He was the son of George C. Armstrong and Matilda Elizabeth (Mosher) Armstrong. He married Sophia McNeil (Reynolds) Armstrong in 1862. She passed away in 1894. He married Maggie D. (Mosher) Armstrong on April 16, 1905 in Kempt, Hants, Nova Scotia, Canada. He passed away in 1913 in Kempt, Hants, Nova Scotia, Canada. Nova Scotia, Canada.
