Biography

Roberto was born January 12, 1886, in Puerto Rico, which was then a colony of Spain.[1][2][3][4][5] He was the son of Tomás Armstrong Toro and Ana Inés Mayoral.[6][7]

Roberto married Cecilia Delgado y Minondo April 25, 1912, in Arroyo, Puerto Rico.[6][7]

He passed away in 1976.[7]
