In the 1860 census Jacob (age 23) was in Madison Township, Clarion, Pennsylvania, United States.[1]

In the 1880 census Jacob (age 45), Miller, was the married head of household in Piney Township, Clarion, Pennsylvania, United States.[2]

Jacob was born in 1836. Jacob Arner ... He passed away in 1892, and was buried at Rimersburg Cemetery, Rimersburg, Clarion County, Pennsylvania, in Lot 35.[3]
