Their children included Heinrich, Jacob, Philip, Johann, David, Elizabeth and Leonard.

During the American Revolution, Henry served with the Northampton County Militia.

He was on the muster role of the 3rd Battalion, 2nd Company under Captain William Mayer in 1778.

Henry passed away in 1828 and was buried in Lutheran Cemetery, Petersburg, Mahoning, Ohio.
