Biography
- Rachel Arnett was born in 1861, the seventh of ten known children and the seventh of nine daughters of Andrew and Lavina Price Arnett.[1]
- She died in 1930.[2]
N.B. The same source shows another Rachel C Arnett, born on 29 October 1867 and died on 12 November 1867.
