Biography

Charles was born in 1808.^[1] He is the son of William Arney and Maria White. He married Cecil Rice in 1837.^[2][3]

He served in the military.^[4] He married Matilda Annie Lang in 1860.^[5][6] He passed away in 1979.^[7]
