Obituary ARNOLD, EDGAR “ED” ALEXANDER - The passing of Edgar “Ed” Alexander Arnold of Penniac, NB, husband of Deborah “Debi” Esther (Griffiths) Arnold, occurred on Thursday, May 15, 2014, at home. Born on April 23, 1950 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late Ronald and Mildred (Acorn) Arnold. Ed retired as a professional Firefighter with the City of Fredericton. He was an avid outdoorsman who specialized in bear hunting. Ed owned an outfitting business the “Nashwaak River Outfitters". In addition to his wife of 42 years, Ed is survived by his children, Kathryn Arnold, (Jon Irwin) of Fredericton, NB and Ben Arnold (Tamsen) of Kingsley, NB; six grandchildren, Grayson, Sam, Molly, Monica, Lily and Finley; siblings, Ronald Arnold (Roberta) of Edmonton, AB, Terry Arnold (Helen) of Fredericton, NB, Brad Arnold (Jeanie) of Calgary, AB, Randy Arnold of Moncton, NB, Maryann Arnold of Gagetown, NB, Kevin Arnold of Fredericton, NB and Scott Arnold (Therese) of Fredericton, NB; mother in law, Esther Griffiths of Fredericton, NB; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Ed was predeceased by brother, Michael Arnold; brother in law, Henk Gringhuis.
