Julia Elizabeth Arnold was born around 1883 in Chipman Brook, Kings, Nova Scotia to Benjamin Arnold and Catherine Ruggles. She married Arthur M. Ruggles November 12 1902 in Chipman Brook, Kings, Nova Scotia.[1]
It is reported that her mother died when she was born. In the 1891 census she is listed with her father and siblings
She had children Benjamin and Rose, and probably died in 1905, when Rose was born.[3]
In the 1911 census, her children are with their father and stepmother, Ella.[4]
