Biography
Sarah Arnold was born about 1856 in Ohio to Samuel Arnold and Harriet Smith.
She married Whitney P. Carroll and they had one daughter, May Louella.
She only appears living with her husband on the 1880 census. From (at least) 1920 until her death, she was living at the Athens Hospital for the Insane.
