Florence was born on 17 March, 1901 to Joseph Arns and Gertrude Neckel. She married Charles Robert Spitzer on 23 April, 1924 in Cook Co., Ill.[1] She died on 27 October, 1972 in Evanston, Ill. and was buried at Memorial Park Cemetery and Crematorium in Skokie, Ill.[2]
