Died at 36 Streathbourne Road, in St. James Hospital, Battersea, London, England. (The home of Lily's daughter and son-in-law; Mr. and Mrs. James R. Orchard) Robert went there September 23, 1957, a couple of months after Lily died.)

His birth is recorded in the Returns of Army Births at the General Register Office, London 1870/72 Malta p.45 Robert Henry Arnsby.

On the death of his parents Robert Henry and his brother Edmund were placed in the Royal Hibernian Military School in Dublin, Ireland.

Robert Henry joined the Connaught Rangers, April 15, 1884 at the age of 14.
