Biography
Rita Therese Arsenault was born on 5 Jan 1918 in Taunton, Bristol, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Joseph Arsenault and Maria Boivin.
Theresa married Francis B Welch.
Theresa (Arsenault) Welch died at age 87 on 16 May 2005 in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts. She was buried in Saint Joseph Cemetery in Taunton.
