Marie Madeleine Arseneau, daughter of Francois (dit Petit Francois) Arseneau and Anne (dit Annette) Bourgeois, was born 29 November 1740 in Beaubassin, Acadie and christened there the same day. Her godparents were Abraham Arssenaud and Marguerite Arssenaud.[1][2]
Marie Madeleine married Jean Bourg, son of Michel Bourg and Marie Cormier, about 1760.[3]
She died on 21 Jan 1827 in Cocagne and was buried the next day in Grande-Digue.[4][5] The age noted in her burial record was 88 years, the widow of Jean Bourk.
