Ann Arstall was born in late 1876/early 1877 [1] in Cadishead, Lancashire, England, the daughter of Joseph Arstall and Rachel (Roberts) Arstall.[2]
In 1881 she was living in Barton Upon Irwell, Lancashire, aged 4 and the daughter of the head of the household.[2]
