Biography
Charles was born on 8 October 1923 in Barton Upon Irwell, Lancashire, England. He was the son of Harry Arstall and Charlotte Rose (Asby) Arstall.[1]
When Charles was 25 he married in about February 1949 in Barton, Lancashire, England.[2][3]
Charles died at the age of 57 in about May 1981 in Trafford, Lancashire, England.[4]
