Cyril Arthur was born in Peterborough, Northamptonshire, England.
Cyril was born in 1887. In 1901 he was 14 and a student at school [1]
In 1963 he emigrated to New Zealand he was 86 and a retired school teacher [2]
He passed away in 1966. [3]
