Ursala, who went by Susan or Susie, was born in 1928, the daughter of Antonino Asaro and Giuseppa Savarino. [1][2] She became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), married first to Robert Pelkey, [3] had two children, removed to Florida, and married second to Harold Oscar Neitz. [4]

This is my grandmother who we referred to as Nana. Her given name is Ursula (not Ursala) but she adopted the name Susan and used it throughout her life - although she didn't legally change it. This created quite the interesting problem when I went through the steps to gain dual citizenship (American-Italian) through her citizenship. Thankfully it all worked out.
