Biography

Arthur Ascough was born on 30 December 1918 to Harold Ascough and Harriett Selina Lewis, in Queensland, Australia.

Occupied as a boot maker and labourer.

Military enlistment was on 12 January 1940, and he served during World War Two.

Married Kathleen May Dunbar on 14 March 1941 and they had six children named- Roy Ascough, Noel Arthur Ascough, Dianne Gay Ascough Sandra Joy Ascough, Barry Neville Ascough and Sharon Lee Ascough.

Death occurred at Caboolture Hospital Queensland, on 28 April 2001; cremated Caboolture & District Crematorium Queensland.

Birth and Death dates are confirmed on his memorial at Caboolture Crematorium.
