Biography

Anne Ash, daughter of John Ash and Elizabeth Westmore, ^[1] was born on 8 April 1826 in Carisbrooke, Isle of Wight. ^[1][2] She was baptised on 7 May 1826 at St Mary's church, Carisbrooke, Isle of Wight. ^[1] She married Thomas Ganaway in about January 1848 at the Wesleyan Chapel, Quay Street, Newport, Isle of Wight. ^[3][4] She died in about October 1902 on the Isle of Wight. ^[5]

On 30 March 1851 in New Park, Carisbrooke, Isle of Wight, with her husband Thomas Ganaway and their daughters Elizabeth Ganaway aged 2, Sarah Ann Ganaway aged 1 and Jane Ganaway aged 0, ^[2]
