Eliza Ann Ash was born about 1813, the daughter of James Ash, by his unknown wife.

Eliza married on 20 Mar 1831, at Ypsilanti, Washtenaw Co. Michigan, to Chester Morrill Cole. Eliza's age is estimated by census data, from 1834 Manchester, Washtenaw Co. Michigan, to 1883 Kalama, Cowlitz Co. Washington Territory.

This handmade headstone shows only that Eliza A. Cole was aged 80 and has no dates or other information. If Liza was 80 years old, she probably died about 1893-1894.
