Biography

George was born in 1776, baptized on 25 Dec 1776 at St Modwen, Burton upon Trent, St Modwen, Staffordshire, England. He was the son of George Ash and Sarah UNK. On 14 May 1795 he married Elizabeth Palmer. On their marriage record they are both listed as a widow (although is unclear who his first spouse is) and his occupation is listed as "Malster & Brickmaker". They had 7 known children. Living in Staffordshire, England, it is here he passed away in 1845. It is unknown if he was buried or cremated.
