Hello, I am working on finding out my Great Grandfather Everett Ashburn.

I have found out through a distant cousin (Phil Ashburn) that William Anderson Ashburn had at least one son Samuel Lester Ashburn, born 3/31/1887, and I believe he may have been the brother of Everett. Sam supposedly married his cousin Paige Ashburn in TN 4-15-1902 (not sure if thatis marriage date or birth date). My grandmother never talked about her dad (Everett). I have very little information, but continue hunting. Phil is Sam's Grandson.
