Biography

In 1840 he and his parents and eight siblings lived on a farm in Pike Township, Coshocton County, OH.

In 1850 he and his parents and six siblings lived there. Also living with them were William Bailey, age 73, and Abigail Bailey, age 76--both born in Virginia.

In 1860 he and his wife and their two children lived on a farm in the same township. He owned real property worth $3675 and personal property valued at $842.

In 1870 he and Lydia and their four children lived there. He owned real property worth $12,000 and personal property valued at $2900.

In 1880 he and his wife, their eight children, plus Sylvester's wife and their son, lived there.

In 1900 he and Lydia and their two youngest children lived there.

In 1910 he and his wife lived there.
