Amos Edwin Ashe was born on 20 Jul 1907 in Sackville, Westmorland, New Brunswick, Canada, son of Frank Ashe (1875 - 1941) and Annie Maude (Wheaton) Ashe (1882 - 1972).

His siblings were:

Amos (35) married Marion Clara Ward (32) (born in Rockport, Sackville on 18 Apr 1910; died in Sackville on 23 Nov 1996), daughter of Mariner Cole Ward and Clara Dell Tower, on 19 Sep 1942 in Moncton, Westmorland.

Amos died in 1984 in Sackville aged ~76. He is buried in Sackville Rural Cemetery, Sackville.
