John Ashmead was born in Gloucestershire, England.
John ASHMEADE. Baptised 21 Mar 1748/9 at Charlton Kings, parents Thomas and Mary.[1]
On 26 April 1781 John married Elizabeth Westmancote on Charlton Kings. Both signed the register. [2]
Thomas died intestate in 1821. William Westmancote Ashmead , son of John, a Farmer received the benefit of his estate. [3]
