RE: source's. - Thomas Christopher Ashton was my father, he was born 1922 in Cwmavon, South Wales, and sadly passed-away in 1984 in Port Talbot, South Wales. He served in WW2 with the HLI. I have from a family member that he served in Belgium during the war and that he was a gunner.
