Biography

Joseph Ashton was born about 1739 and he married Catherine Smith on the 4th of January, 1768 in Saint Mary Parish Church Eastham, Cheshire.^[1]

They had seven known children.

Joseph died on the 16th of February, 1823 in Eastham, Cheshire and was buried with his wife on the 18th of February, 1823 in St. Mary Parish Church, Eastham, Cheshire. ^[2]
