Biography

Herbert William Ashworth was born in Farnborough, Hampshire in 1890 [1]

He was baptised in Farnborough on 27 April 1890, and was the son of Frederick and Mary [2]

Herbert married Emily L Watts in Hartley Wintney district in 1915 [3]. The marriage took place at South Farnborough, St Mark on 20 Mar 1915, their fathers were recorded as Frederick Ashwood, a soldier, and Frederick Watts, a gardener [4]

He died in Surrey SW district in 1937, aged 47, [5] and was buried in St Peter's Church, Farnborough on 29 December 1937. [6]
