Information For Penelope Askew was obtain from the internet and family members that got in touch with me through Ancestry.com. Birth year was found in Ancestry.com under Arkansas County Marriages Index 1837 - 1957. Stated on marriage certificate that Penelope was born 1857. However all the information I can find states that she died 1883 But her youngest child was born on 1898. If anyone knows the true date for either Penelope or Nolan, Please feel free to edit.
Alvan and Alvin were twins.
