In the 1901 census, a 72 year old man named John Rawnsley is living with Jonas and his family, who is recorded as being Jonas' uncle.[2]I suspect that John Rawnsley is a misspelling of John Rangley". That would explain the relationship between them.
Jonas and Sarah also had an adopted son named Harold Priestly, who was born around 1887.[2]
