Biography
Herbert was born at Flemington in 1887, the son of William Andrew Aspinall (abt.1847-1896) and Mary Elizabeth Holland (1861-1938). [1] Father: William Andrew Aspinall, Mother: Mary Elizabeth Aspinall (born Hollond).
In 1917, in Victoria, Herbert married Mary Veronica Barnes (1889-1964). [2]
Two children are known.
Herbert passed away in 1929, aged 41. [3]

- ASPINALL.—On the 24th January, at his residence, 29 Crown-terrace, Ascot Vale, Herbert Andrew, the dearly beloved husband of Mary (nee Barnes), and loving father of Nancy and Eileen, aged 41 years.
- A patient sufferer at rest.
He was buried with his father in Melbourne Cemetery, Carlton North. [5] His mother joined him in 1938, and wife Mary in 1964.
